I look forward to helping you successfully close your files! I am an LSS and NNA certified notary closer since 2020, and I have a mobile scanner to upload documents immediately after the signing. I've done over 500+ notary signings, mainly through Signing Order, Snap Docs, Signature Closers, Jot and Maverick signing services. I'm an experienced notary closer in purchases, buyer's/seller's packages, HELOCs and refinances. I stay in constant communication with updates for the title company and never hold on to the documents. I'm located in Warren County, Ohio, but will travel to all surrounding counties.
